To give shape to this inner world, my work develops through two distinct material approaches. At times, I use very thin leaves of wood to cover and mold around large organic forms. At other times, I choose fired enamel: I create a vast multitude of tiny pieces, enameling each one individually. Piece by piece, I overlay these elements to cover the underlying shapes, generating a dynamic surface look and a vibrant texture that still reveals the essence of the material beneath the enamel.
